Step 1 - Starting Out
Open any image of a dog/person that you want to be holy. :P Step 2 - Lasso It Up
Click on the "Lasso Tool" and start working your way around the body of the creature. Don't worry if your first go is sketchy, as you can clear out by holding the ALT key on your keyboard, and you can add in more by holding the SHIFT key on your keyboard. Step 3 - Duplicating and Gaussian Blurring
Right click and say "Make Layer Via Copy." Then go to Filter»Blur»Gaussian Blur. I did mine with a strength of 3. Step 4 - Blending Options
Change the blending style to "Screen." This will give the duplicated layer a screen-like blend to the bottom layer, which will create that heaven-like glow to the object. End! Job well done!
