Step 1 - Starting Out
Use the Rounded Rectange Tool, and make a nice rectangle with a radius of 10px. Make sure it is black by clicking on the foreground color, and changing it to black (or #000000.) Step 2 - Blending Options
Right-click blending options, and apply the following accordingly to the images. Gradient Overlay Stroke Step 3 - Button Text
Use the text tool and write out some text. Be sure you have a nice and thick font, and a size of around 24px. Step 4 - Reflection
We want to keep that gloss-feel to the button, so we're going to duplicate the text layer, flip it vertically, and reduce its opacity to 20%. After you do that, position it so it's perfectly under the original text. Step 5 - Adjust Color
Hit Ctrl+U on your keyboard. From there, add these settings to your button. Gradient Overlay Extra info...
From here, if you want to change the color of it, just hit Ctrl+U and adjust only the hue of the image. Now you are done, and can manipulate your button's colors with ease! End! Job well done!
